Loved the room with 2 queen beds, my bed was very comfy. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a coffeemaker were much appreciated. All the staff were accommodating, amicable.

Once entering the upstairs to go to my room. Their was a horrible smell that filled the hallway..almost like stagnant smell.. It was very noticeable.and the room smelled that wu too.

Excellent location for anyone visiting s u n y Albany, clean first floor room adjacent to breakfast area with good selection of choices (but miss the self serve waffles). The fresh smelling, non-smoking, well decorated room (#119) was pleasantly cool & comfortable upon our arrival. The full size shower, rather than a tub was much easier to access for senior citizens. Pleasant staff and easy parking make this a great value.
Someone had been feeding cat(s) at entrance a and the "marking of their territory" left a slight odor at this location.

Family with children getaway
The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. I appreciated the comfy bed after a long day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the quality of the stay, it was acceptable.

It's convenience and it's pet friendly policy.
I decided to stay a second night, and they charged me more for that (I found out at check out in the am) night without telling me they were going to do so. That would make me not go back again, even though it's convenient and I go often to albany to see family.

I really appreciated the easy access to North Bethlehem Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the charming local restaurants like 1228 Grill just a few steps away made my stay enjoyable and convenient.

Thoroughly enjoyed our queen room with good bathroom as well as 2 queen beds. Everything seemed great, clean. The location was good and absolutely perfect, right by Starbucks, family restaurants at shopping center and downtown Albany.
